About Us

My name is Mari, and I am the CEO and Founder of Scattered Treasures | YO code. I’d like to take this time to tell you about myself and how we began. My background is in aerospace and electronic systems technology. I’m also a US Air Force veteran with interests in cutting edge technology, professional sports, music, and philanthropy.

Scattered Treasures was an idea that presented itself after a 2015 live listening event. The party featured a Grammy Award winning entertainer. Immediately following the event the artist gave away ten personal items via lottery. All I had to do to participate was donate twenty dollars to her foundation.

I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners and I chose a framed photo, which she was kind enough to autograph. After leaving the event I was super-excited about my memorabilia, but before I got within five feet of my vehicle a small a group of women accosted me. Each one screaming at the top of their lungs.
